Florite Process Control 990X/991R
Florite’s customizable microcomputer-based instruments are designed to accurately provide the information that today’s manufacturing demands. Whether your Process Control automation utilizes sensors for flow (mass, liquid, gas), pressure, temperature, or level, Florite has the programmable instrumentation that puts the control right in the palm of your hand.
How can we scale up bioprocessing while maintaining consistent control of cellular environments, without taking up more lab space?
Batch Control is the process of introducing a specific quantity of material – solid, gas, or liquid – into a system, based on a defined, preset value. A key feature of Florite’s 990X programmable instrument line is the ability to handle multi-channel batch control processes.

Take a look at some of the features
Precise control of multiple devices such as pressure sensors, MFCs, conductivity monitors, temperature probes, flow measurement, etc.
Delivers accurate control of key parameters to maintain optimal process conditions.
Control based software control or dedicated software for PCs depending on your applications
Integrates with devices and makes data accessible for real-time device monitoring, and system control and optimisation.
990R Transmitter
Take a look at some of the features
Sinngle-channel version of the 990R
For dedicated applications where simplicity and minimalism is the goal.
Single device focussed
Core functional device transmitter
Cost-effective and accessible
Same functionality as the 990X with less system control features.
Florite developed customizable microcomputer-based instruments that are designed to accurately provide the information that today’s manufacturing demands. Whether your Process Control automation utilizes sensors for flow (mass, liquid, gas), pressure, temperature, or level, Florite has the programmable instrumentation that puts the control right in the palm of your hand.
Applications of the Florite transmitters and control software
Measurement accuracy is particularly important in industries such as semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, and food & beverage, where even small variations in the production process can impact product quality, safety, and cost.
Flow Meter sensor types range from Magnetic to Paddlewheel to Rotary, all the way to Liquid Turbine and Ultrasonic Flow Meters. Sensors can work with liquids conveyed via a pipe under controlled conditions, or in an open-channel flow setting by way of a weir or flume.
Routine QC testing in pharma labs to ensure batch consistency, product quality, and regulatory compliance
There is one critical component that is not included: a Power Supply, Readout and Set Point Controller. Florite’s four-channel 990X-MFC and single-channel 991R-MFC serve this vital role as a Human Machine Interface (HMI) and multi-purpose companion to the Mass Flow Controller. In addition to supplying power, these two units generate flow setpoint commands, display flow rates, totalize flows, blend multiple flow streams, and more.
Gauge pressure sensors are the most widely used for industrial purposes such as petrochemical, pharmaceutical, refrigeration, and sanitation. Differential pressure sensors are commonly used in clean rooms. Absolute pressure sensors are used in vacuum pumps and in the food packaging industry.
