Single-Use Process Pressure Sensor
Process Pressure Sensors are intended for measuring the dynamic and static pressures of liquids and gases for both single-use and continuous use bioprocessing applications including tangential flow filtration (TFF), bioreactor pressure monitoring, and depth filtration monitoring. A standard M12 connector integrates directly to our PT1 (single channel) and PT4 (four channel) transmitters that include 4-20 mA, Modbus RTU, TMP outputs, and optional remote display.

Pressure transmitters (PT1 & PT4)
The PT4 – Pressure Transmitter accepts an input from one to four pressure sensors, load cells, or transducers. The PT4 has a built-in calibration curve that linearizes the connected sensors for better accuracy and outputs the corrected answer though current loops or Modbus (RS-485). The calibration changes per application and is set by Custom Sensors and Technology, however, the calibration curve can be changed by the user through Modbus. For pressure applications, the default ranges are 0-10psi, 0-30psi, 0-60psi, while the full range is -10-100psi. The default values can be changed through Modbus, or defined when ordering the PT4 and will be set by Custom Sensors and Technology. A standard M12 connector integrates directly to the PT4 Pressure Transmitter that includes 4-20 mA, Modbus RTU, TMP outputs, and optional remote display.

Photometers (PX2, PX2-DIN & PX2+)
The PX2+ Photometer is designed for use in continuous process monitoring applications in a variety of industries. The PX2+ is a highly sensitive, easy to use, and compact instrument capable of making absorbance or fluorescence measurements. The PX2+ features 3.2” capacitive touch LCD that allows users to calibrate and view data. Process monitoring equipment is a great investment as economic benefits arise from greater process control and less waste. The PX2+ is designed to alert users when properties of their process stream change and no longer fall within acceptable limits. The ability to monitor process conditions in real-time allows users to observe small changes before they become much bigger problems.
