A prospect recently needed help with no pressure readings being displayed on their PMAT.

Having investigated there was no response on Input Viewing (the raw electrical signal), when connecting a sensor. Sensor connection on a PMAT should trigger a change in pressure signal highlighting a good connection.

I asked the prospect after our call to try another pressure sensor and use a syringe to create manual pressure. Having now shown a connection signal and pressure reading, it was clear that the original pressure sensor was unresponsive.
